You will be part of an interdisciplinary R&D team responsible for creating and implementing innovative AI technologies. By applying advanced machine learning techniques to complex biological datasets, you will help shape the future of drug discovery, genomics, and advanced bio modeling. Responsibilities
- Investigate, design, and prototype advanced AI/ML methodologies for biological data, focusing on (but not limited to) drug discovery workflows and large language model applications in the bio domain.
- Explore and optimize algorithms for genomics, proteomics, and molecular modeling tasks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., computational chemists, bioinformaticians, data engineers) to integrate findings into broader R&D initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Machine Learning, or related areas)
- (OR) 3+ years of industry experience in a similar R&D or data science role
- Proficiency in Python and standard machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Extra Credits for

Familiarity with biological data types (genomic sequences, proteomic data, etc.) and related domain knowledge is preferred
