Responsibilities

• Make major contributions in planning and documenting roadmap and product specifications for Konstellation mainnet and other ecosystem projects
• Mentor team members and ensure they adhere to excellent software quality standards
• Develop new features of Konstellation mainnet and maintain nodes
• Implement best security practices in development
• Develop blockchain auxiliary services such as an inter-blockchain bridge for better usability of Konstellation

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in Software Engineering

• Effective and productive communication skills

• Working knowledge on Golang

• Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent knowledge*

Preferred Characteristics

• Experience with Cosmos SDK and Tendermint

• Experience with the web3 frontend stack such as cosmosjs or web3.js

• Experience with building bridges between two heterogenous blockchains

• Familiarity with virtual machines used for blockchains such as Berkeley Packet Filter or Ethereum Virtual Machine.

• Familiarity with finance, especially DeFi*

• Contributions to widely adopted open source projects*
